O’Neil Care is part of the O’Neil trading company, we were formed in 1995 to provide a full range of Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Services to homeowners and businesses across all Ayrshire regions, and more recently we have open offices in East Kilbride to cover our customers in South Lanarkshire, Glasgow & Renfrewshire. We’ve been delivering quality services to happy customers since 1995, and each year carry out over 15,000 service and breakdown calls helping homeowners, landlords (public and private) and commercial and public sector organisations.

Currently, we employ 25 full-time members of staff, a mixture of engineering, office & management. Unlike many large national home services providers who use individual self-employed engineers to carry out their work without any monitoring, we only use our own directly employed engineers to ensure better quality & more accountability.

We are an official Trusted Trader through Which, where we are externally audited to ensure we comply with the high standard a company like Which demands on its trusted traders. We are also registered with CHAS & Safe contractor to comply with Health & Safety as well quality management procedures.

O’Neil Care offers homeowners and landlords peace of mind by protecting against potentially expensive boiler, central heating system, plumbing & electrical repairs through a range of fairly priced annual agreements, that all include a free boiler service worth over £78 each year. In October 2023 Which Magazine, which provides impartial expert advice to consumers stated boiler repairs can range in cost from £150 to £500 – our Gold Care costs £16.25 per month (£195 p/a) and has no limits on callouts, or excesses to pay either. We also offer homes care packages to cover your home plumbing and electrics to ensure you have complete peace of mind for any home emergency.

We operate a 24/7 helpline for our customers, providing emergency access to our Gas Safe Registered Engineers and always SELECT accredited Electrician’s, with specifically designed systems and quality accredited processes to ensure we provide an efficient and timely service. Our flexible, expert and forward-thinking approach to the services we provide means we have successfully grown the O’Neil Care membership to more than 6,000 customers and we look forward to welcoming more new members over the coming years from all over Scotland by continuing to focus on safety, quality and sustainability, whilst continuing to enhance our reputation as one of Scotland’s leading Gas, Plumbing and Electrical Services providers.
