You will get the same great price, emergency breakdown service and annual boiler service as our homeowner customers, PLUS your gas safety/CP12 certification included for each property you add at no extra cost, and all starting at just £8.25 per month (£80 breakdown excess applies).

You can also cover plumbing and electrics in the house to reduce the chance for a large repair bill but also so you don’t need to deal with the repairs yourself, just take out a policy and provide your tenants with our 24/7 365-day phone number and they can phone us direct and we will take care of the rest.

Our online sales journey allows you to add up to 5 properties against 1 set of billing details, to take the hassle and duplication out of the application process – just simply pick the number of properties you would like to cover on the first page of the registration journey. We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to add the rest of the details from there. You will be able to choose the level of cover you’d like, add tenant contact names (if known) for each property with just a few clicks. We will then set each property up as an individual contract and confirm you’re set up in writing.
